NL2X rack stuck buttons?

OK so my very 1st Clavia Synth arrived today after buying it off SOSpubs 2nd hand! the condition is near brand new and i am thrilled with it however,
upon looking at it and making sure everything seems to be working i came accross two buttons which appear overly sticky and think it might be a problem. I dont know yet as i am at work and will only be able to have a propper play later tonight but they fee different to the rest.

1st sticky button is the store button? if pressed in it sticks/ doesnt release/ pop again uless i wiggle it abit then it will unstick and go back to normal..

Also the manual and performance button seems solidly stuck down and will not release?

Is this normal or should i enquire on clavia.se to see what i can do to loosen them up if indeed this is not the norm of how they are meant to be? perhaps i need to clean them?

All the other buttons are 100% fine but these two are different to the rest

will i need to get it serviced if this is an issue? Gonna have a jam on it tonight but thought i would ask you 1st.

seems it's fairly commonplace, have had it happen on my Lead 3 in the past, seems to work itself out with continued use.
