I've noticed when experimenting with the tube oscillator instrument that it outputs a sort of dirty DC wave.. I was wondering if anyone had a circuit to invert/reverse every other cycle. I'll keep looking, but wanted to ask the forum as well.. thanks all,
tmf

"Every other cycle" means you're gonna have to detect cycles, count every second one, and switch in an inverted version.
Each underline represents a separate function/chip, so although very doable, it would take a bit of breadboarding to iron out a good design. There may be something out there already, but I don't know of it.
What shape is the wave at the moment? Inverting every other cycle may or may not actually achieve what you want. It would be a cool circuit either way, but maybe you need to be a bit more specific about what you're trying to get, as it may already exist.
