Hi guys,

In other forums about synths there are sometimes questions about synth which fail to function due to the bad power deliveries by the providers, special in the USA.

See http://electro-music.com/forum/post-225150.html#225150

Do you know what gear is the best solution to these kinds of problems?
Stabilisators or what are they called?

Wout

UPS I'd say ... as in Uninterruptible Power Supply ... a thing having a rechargeable battery to fill any power gaps and also reconditioning the mains supply continuously ... for synths having an analog power supply (like the Nords) it better be a good one having an approximately sine shaped wave of approximately the right voltage and frequency (50 or 60 Hz depending on country). A bit heavy though ... with the usual lead acid battery ... and not really cheap either.
