i have an extra chip and looking for a wild noise maker schem/circuit layout.
ive seen some pretty crazy machines made out of the sn chip around the web so im hoping someone has some more knowledge on this than me and can direct me in the right direction.

Well, there is the Blacet Percussive Noise Voice which was updated to the Dark Star....but I think the SN-Voice will do anything that will.

Then there is the Thomas Henry Snare+ drum voice which I rather like. But TH did do an update on the Snare without the SN76477 chip. I think TH also did a HiHat voice in Polyphony magazine which used the SN76477 plus another rarer SN noise chip.

If you haven't made a TH Supercontroller, that would be a great addition to use the extra chip for.

I built a little SN76477 noisemaker last month - I used the Saratronics SARA-002 schematic, and just laid it out on a protoboard.
