Have you tried asking Bridechamber?
Is the Bridechamber PCB the same as the CGS version? - Are there any extra inputs/outputs marked on the PCB?

The sine/tri section is in the upper right section of the PCB.

Yes, Scott Deyo from Bridechamber has informed me that the Tri/sin in and associated pot replace the WS Trim on the board as follows: Switch Lug of the Jack goes to the top of hole of the trim (where pin 1 of the TL072 is going on the schematic). The Hot Lug of the Jack goes to the CW Lug of the tri/sin pot. The CCW Lug of the pot goes to the bottom Trimpot hole (or ground). The Wiper Lug of the Pot goes to the middle Trimpot hole. This way, when nothing is in the jack you have front panel control over the shape behavior in addition to controlling the shape. AND you can overdrive the input with the pot as well as feed anykind of waveform into the tri/sin jack and see what happens! Super cool idea, I cant wait to test it out. Bridechamber is good with the mods but I just wish they would include some sort of documentaion with their kits because i'm always having to figure their modifications out on my own. Good stuff tho.
