I'm curious why someone would vote no.
I presume the people who vote do indeed want one, they just don't want one from Encore?? (There would be no reason to vote at all if someone isn't in need of one, right?)
So if the people participating in voting choose no, why not? Do you have an option to buy from somewhere else? Do you feel it isn't compatible, or as good as the original? |

up to now I did feel that way but after your post I suddenly felt the need to actually test this, nothing personal, just curuosity.
Anyway, conclusion is : it is possible to vote no on the poll here if not in need of an expansion.

The original question was posed before a firm price was known, so it seems some people might have voted 'no' because they thought the estimated price was too much
As it happens it was a fair bit less _________________ Jez

Im thinking of getting one next month.
but would like to hear some comments from those who already has it.
im sure it works well. but its not original, so want to make sure.
technology has improved since the original boards were out. are these boards give the same amount of dsp power as the original or maybe it gives even more? |

I bought one as soon as they became available
It works exactly as expected as it is a direct replacement
It has greatly expanded the usefulness of my NM1 _________________ Jez
