This weekend I panicked a bit about the state of the flash memory in my newly purchased NM rack. Apart from posting here and consulting the manual, I also e-mailed Clavia.

I didn't hope too much for a swift answer (or for getting one at all), but product manager Tomas Johansson replied with useful advice at noon today. That's one and a half workday, quicker than most support desks return e-mails concerning products still for sale!

We may feel the NM G1 has been somewhat neglected when it comes to editor software development, but Clavia seems to take pride in good customer support.
