Store Effects Settings as part of Organ Preset/Program (NE3)

Is this even possible? I am feeling quite inept.

Essentially, I would like to save ALL settings as part of an organ preset or other program.

I would like, for example my first organ presets to contain the same drawbar, vibrato, etc. settings (these I see are saved as I'm doing it now), but to differentiate based on the amount of drive applied through the rotary amp simulation (these are not being saved as I'm doing it now).

Also, is the gain a "saveable" element of a preset/program?

Is there a general rundown of effects that are/are not saveable?

Drive?
Amp simulation?
Reverb?
