Kawai K5000

Hi,

Just a quick replication of the Macro Control Box functionality for the Kawai K5000R and K5000W synths.

I stumbled upon the controllers listed online, and decided to put this together. I haven't verified the settings with the manual, but this seems to work as expected. I also haven't yet bothered to add any controls not found on the control box or K5000S.

I put all the control modules on channel 'this', rather than select a set channel. I think this allows one to set the channel using the system setting for the current slot. Not ideal, but I couldn't see a way to have a single control to set the channel of all modules at once.

The K5000 response can be a bit steppy. Often very digital sounding when doing fast sweeps anyway. Also, it seems easy to get glitchy, unpredictable results, settings that basically produce noise, and even seems to get internal clipping at times. Can accidentally get very bright and screechy results too.

Anyway, this is handy to have some hands on exploration of controls.

P.S. Seems I may have missed some controls which are present on the K5000S model. Might look into these when I have more time, and update the patch.
