Hello everyone. I bought a used NL2 in very good condition a couple of days ago, everything seemed to work fine at first but after playing with it for some time I realized that I have problems with 2 pots, the first one being Amp envelope release and the second one LFO2 rate.
The Release pot doesn't always respond when I move it, but sometimes it just starts working unexpectedly - like it looses contact somewhere.
The LFO2 rate pot, however, doesn't work at all; actually, it does one thing- on patches that have arp turned on, in whatever direction I move it, it goes to its lowest value (the arp gets slowed down drastically).
Apart from this, everything is in complete order.
Has anyone experienced same or similar problems?
Does anyone have an idea of what could be wrong here?
Thanks in advance.

PS. if it matters, OS is 1.06.

welcome Dimitrije

Sounds like you have two disfunctional pots...
They are easy to replace by a good service station.

If they can't find the pot, try Clavia in Sweden for item [20640 Pot.10kA Lin. Nord]

Try to find a good service point first.
The soldering isn't not that difficult, but it has to be done by a trained technician.

Well, I checked out most of the services in my city, all of them can fix it but none of them have the pots, so I'm looking for them right now. One of the 2 pots (filter release) somehow got more functional over time, though; while the LFO2 rate still only works on minimal and maximal values.

No 10K pots?
They are kidding! Very Happy

I wrote the Clavia order number, so write to Clavia using the feedback option on their site (See Support) Don't use technical support, because it will redirect you to the distributor and not to Clavia directly.
