Hi,

Somebody asked me what could be wrong when a Micro (OS 2.10) doesn't load 3.03. It stops at 99% and gives an Error. What is wrong?

Wout

Any chance the file is corrupted?
Is it possible someone who has done a successfull upload could supply another know-good copy of the file ?

Hoi Wout.

Some things I would try :

* Discconnect all other MIDI equipment, USB equipment, and try again.

* Try different MIDI cables.

* Try it using another MIDI interface.

* Try it on another PC.

* Try to install OS version 3.01 before trying 3.03 - when needed I've got a copy available.

* try to save all patches to the PC and then delete them from the micro, then try all of the above again (and then restore patches, or better : make nice new ones using all the wonderfull and brandnew 3.03 features :-).

* send help request to Clavia - there might be a secret key combination or something.

Jan.

Thanks, Jan.
Using a Windows 98 PC did the trick...
