Hi all,

Last weekend I coded this puppy: a new in-the-studio piece on Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. The interview was done in the studio while they were recording the new Nine Inch Nails release, "With Teeth," and chronicles Reznor's creative recording process from the center of the studio, straight through the creation of a new song. Also includes some of Reznor's current feelings about technology and computer-based recording. Enjoy!

Interesting. I used to buy everything he´d output after falling in love with "the downward spiral" and "further down the spiral", I was a angsty teenager back then, you see ;¬).

either I grew old or Trent got less interesting but "the fragile" and worse yet the remixes based on it leave me completely cold and wondering how anybody could write those lyrics. This is a shame since the D.I.Y. additude that would apear to have bithed his first material would be far better suited for current days. Frankly, over the years it´s manly been the remixes by Thirwell that kept their value for me.

Ah, well, still a nice write-up and some beautifull photographs, that´s worth something too. I´ll check out this new stuff once it gets out, no harm in that.
