i need a roommate and it seems amazing to me that i cant find anyone ready to leap at the chance to live in a house with a fully kitted out module design workshop, sdiy soldering and assembly station and studio with modular.

i have a spare room to fill in a nice house safely hidden in the south wales valleys and need to rent it out to bring in some extra cash - it'll be cheap but the room isnt the biggest - other than that the situation must be a dream come true for many here i woulda thought!

please pm me if you need a place to stay in south wales and think this might be for you!
