Do you recognise this music?

Hello,

I often hear this snippet of music and wonder where it's from.

Here is the only link I have found to the music. I apologise that it is hidden behind adverts and other rubbish.

There is someone talking over the music but it should be recognisable to someone.

It sounds a little Jarre-esque to me but I don't recollect it from his albums.

I sometimes hear it on Eurosport's cycle racing programmes too.

Does anyone recognise it?

I tried listening and after enabling just the itv scripts, the site wanted me to confirm my location to verify that I was in an itv area. I am not sure that I am, so I didn't click it.

Have you tried any of the departments at itv (maybe the advertising/PR department, or the rights and permissions department)? Just a guess because I can't see it, but I am assuming it was produced by itv.
