Hello Everybody

I'm Jean Paul from Chile.
I'm posting for the very first time, just to quit being only a info eater and share something.

It's a VCO project from a guy called Mario. It's pretty simple, but it has 4 wave outputs, and 1v/oct CV. That's it. Maybe somebody with knowledge can add more features to the circuit.

Here's the link to the full project:

https://minartdiysynth.jimdofree.com/minart-analog-synth-2-2019/pcb-s-and-schematics/

You can download the full PDF with some instructions, PCB, schematics, etc...
The only backwards is that is a double sided PCB.

I already build it, just wiring all the top layer, it's looks very ugly, but it works and sounds nice.

Mario answers all the questions that you email to him, he is very kind.

Bye!

Nice VCO!

I have also had problems with etching double layers. Getting them to match up is not easy and soldering the vias is a pain.

There are some nice MFOS pcb's with only a few connections on the other side that I am thinking of trying with just wiring.

Hi Jean Paul, welcome to the forum!

Is there a tempco somewhere? I can't find it.

Hello Friend

There's no tempco nor thermistor around. I think that's a proper mod to add.
Another mods to add could be PWM modulation, Hard/Soft Sync...
Maybe someone with the knowledge can have some ideas to add those features.

Cheers from Chile.
