Hi, I'm new to electronics but am seriously falling in love with analog modular DIY. I am experimenting a lot with old organs and the parts I get out of them and need some help to identify these caps... what type (material) are they and are they polarized? I have been testing them like they are but want to be sure. Thanks for any help and thanks for this community! I have already learned so much!

They are (old) polarised film capacitors. The value is in uF, so .1 means .1uF

welcome party!

I am not familiar with these capacitors in particular but judging by the values and high voltage I suspect these aren't polarized
but the red band indicates the outer foil layer.

you can find some info about that here: https://guitar.com/features/opinion-analysis/amplifier-outer-foil-capacitors/

Yes, they are non-polarized...
