I made this demonstrational patch. See image.

When G2 receives notes on midi channel 1, SlotA is played. All fine.
If I change the out channel (rightmost selection on NoteZone) to a proper midi channel (1-16) the notes are sent out on Midi Out of my G2. Also fine.

However if I select out channel = This I don't understand where the midi goes. No slot is triggered (not the current one either) and there's nothing on midi out.

Hi,

This > MIDI channel for current selected slot.

As an example, if you are on slot B then MIDI channel associated to slot B is 4, the MIDI data will be send to MIDI channel 4.

Hello, actually that does not happen with NoteZone. Other modules using This to send and receive work as you describe, including the input (leftmost) of NoteZone but not the output (rightmost).

Using Voice Area or FX-area makes no difference.
Checked that the Slot Midi Out is active in Synth Settings.

It would be interesting to know if this is reproducible. Seems to me it's a software bug. The patch presented should reveal this using an external keyboard sending on midi channel 6.
