Re-Introducing Russ Hoffman

Since it's been a while since I've been active on here, I thought it might be appropriate to re-introduce myself.

I'm Russ Hoffman from Pittsburgh, PA, USA. Recently, I decided to start going by the name Atoms To Molecules when I perform live / record. I've finally started recording an album (my first, despite being on the planet for over a half century now).

I've been to NEEMFest, back in 2019, and almost went this year but had to cancel due to a medical emergency at home. I performed at Mountain Skies back in May, and that was a BLAST.

I've performed twice on Nick's International Virtual Garage (nivg.net), and I occasionally do live streams.

My music is mostly ambient, with some experimental, techno, and classically-inspired stuff mixed in, too.

On the side, in addition to my day job, I run Evaton Technologies, my small boutique eurorack business. Well, I try to, anyway -- getting parts is really tough right now.

Gear-wise, I have a bunch of hardware analog and digital synths, and I edit/record in Cubase on a Mac.
