Create a patch to make the MM send MIDI messages to a Synth

I want to control the filter cut off frequency of my Minitaur synth with the mod wheel of my keyboard. But I cannot change the CC of the mod wheel to CC19 which controls the filter cut off frequency.
Could I create a patch with my Micor Modular to send a parameter change of the mod wheel via Midi out to the synth?

That is not possible with the NM classic .. you could have used the G2 for translations Rolling Eyes

So the G2 had new modules built in that could have done the trick? Damn i don't have it anymore - though quite a silly task for such a powerful synth...
