Hello all. I am wondering if someone could give me a rundown on the note quantizer, because I am trying to figure out how to produce only the notes within certain scales. I have heard that the note quantizer might be good for this. I have also tried the key quantizer but am confused by the results... How can I use these modules to produce only certain notes within a patch?

My thanks for any advice.
-Elijah

It's simple. Just click on the keys in the module that is contained in your scale. Then use an LFO or whatever as the input.

my thanks razo.
It was a bit confusing at first because I was not getting the expected output,
but after some tinkering with LFO's and the Note Sequencer, I understand its use.

Cheers!

The trick about the Key Quantizer module is remembering that the buttons are set up based on the key of "E". Notice the little <0> zero symbol below the "E" key. There are basically two ways to set up a scale - use the buttons to select the exact notes that you want, or use the buttons to select the scale you want based on the key of E (meaning do you want a major scale, minor scale, etc) and then tune the osc to the key you really want.
