Have been working on a guitar type distortion/feedback system. Based on an idea from music-dsp. The suggestion was to use a wave-guide with feedback from a delayed non-linear shaper. The delay represents the distance between the amp and guitar body. In this instance, the 'model' only applies to the guitar body. The string sound is generated conventionally with a simple FM patch.
The column of modules on the left simply provide guitar type articulation based on velocity of note received, two types of bend and delay vibrato with overlapping velocity zones. This is just so the patch can play itself.
A bass and cymbal for atmosphere, the faint shuffling you might hear is Mr Hendrix turning in his grave.
