Radio static, use the mod wheel to 'tune' the noise. It actually just randomizes things when nudged. A chaotic PM oscillator makes good hiss.

Thank you, Ian. I love this one. At points it sounds like morse code and other digital communication mode. Very cool. Quite enjoyable for me. I don't know how many other people will like it though.

The beauty in this patch is not the sound, but in the changes it goes through when adjust the mod wheel. The sound is chaotic, so as you turn it there are sudden jumps where everything changes and you can fine tune it. It's very much like tuning a short wave. In a way this is better because there aren't any annoying stations to interfere with the noise.
