4-point linear interpolation

This building block upsamples blue (24k) controlrate signals to red (96k) audiorate signals via 4-point moving average linear interpolation. I used this in the patch "PolyGranuSyn_XL" to convert controlrate sawtooth LFOs to audiorate, for sound quality reasons.
The logic section to the left provides 4 consecutive logic pulses at 96k. So you only need this circuit once if you want to convert more than one signal. Just use the 4 S/Hs and the mixer and connect the trigger pulses (it doesn't matter in which order).
