Just a very simple thing, but incredibly useful for expressive playing. Just had to dig it out again for a lead patch, so thought I'd post it up...
Ever get annoyed by the way pitch bend "follows you back down" when you release the pitch stick (e.g. in lead patches with long release times) when you really want it to hang on the note while you hit another one.
Just a constant mod (with value morphed by the pitch stick to the extent desired) going through a T&H mod (controlled by kyb gate) hooked up to the pitch input of an osc (obviously, turn off the built-in pitch bend, although leaving it on can produce some funny results).

Pitch stick bypass.pch2
 Description:
Bldg block for bypassing the pitch stick once a note is released to prevent it from sinking back to it's original pitch.

Great! this is something that I was really searching for. I'm wondering if is possible to have a version where all the notes sustained with the sustain pedal are not affected by the pitch bend, only the notes sutained with the keyboard are affected by the bend

thanks in advance

AFAIK there is no way a patch can distinguish between notes held by the pedal and those held by your hand. Sad

...i don't do this kind of thing, but it occurs to me that one could detect the sustain pedal being down, and retransmit midi data to a differant slot on a differant channel. not perhaps what you were looking for, but a workaround.
