Sub Commander Subject description: Finished on xmas holidays |

Hello , Guitar synth is finished, hoo-ray, the first jam i had with it i came out with a bad rendition of the start riff of "frankenstein" by edgar winter group but i was in the zone though ha ha ha.
A.T.A.C........ i was watching Roger Moore- for your eyes only and glanced down at the "sub-commander" plans, hmmm, commanding Sub's, / sub-commander, then a light bulb appeared above my head .
I've tried the roland vdrums through it & my bass station keyboard, both sound pretty crunchy, very impressed with it, thanks Ray.

Beautiful job!
(Personally, I want to hear that Frankenstein riff)

Thanks folks, here are some mp3 sound bites of the guitar synth with drums / bass guitar / electric guitar through it, sounds good with reverb but these are all dry recorded.
I found a little overdrive before the input made it trigger better with the guitars , drums no probs.

Awesome build, I'm waiting for my PCB and my pots to come in the mail, then I'm ready to build it.
I'm also wondering... could it be possible to rig the initial cutoff to a wah pedal attached to the side of the unit for controlling while playing? That would be awesome!
I just don't know where to get wah enclosures. Unless I could take one of those horrible $30 Behringer ones and gut them... |
