A great tutorial, but it's a shame that there is no way of downloading the pdf without paying a subscription to that site. Why don't you just upload you tutorial step-by-step to electro-music.com? It's free here you know, and we can up your charter as this is a special item (requiring lots of photos etc).

Very Happy

Great ! Nice tutorial.. I'm guessing this would work with the toner method aswell?

What is that ? For instance on the circuitbenders.co.uk forum there's a karma system, is it something like this ?

Mmm, just noticed about the pdf thing, kind of misleading (on their side) though, I have not paid them a subscription,- just a regular member- and I can download any pdf Surprised ... meh... whatever.

I'll be happy to post the tutorial over here for posterity sake Wink, what should I do v-un-v?

I don't know that system, but if you've got something really cool to add to the forum- something that would help of assist other forum members/ readers, I may be able to get Mosc or Elektro80 to 'up' your upload allowance for that item, once it's approved (as long as the uploaded items aren't enormous of course! Wink )

If you want to either upload a pdf, or all photos in a logical list- just like on the other site. I'll try and make sure that you don't reach your limit on your existing quota (make sense?). All copyright of course, always remains with yourselves (so someone doesn't post it somewhere else- although Matrixsynth have run off with a few things I've uploaded recently! Evil or Very Mad Laughing )

Hang in there gentlefolk, I'll go and speak to H and Stein Very Happy

SineSurfer, you have full permission to post away! Cool

(and you have got unlimited upload space, so don't worry too much over photo size- as long of course that we aren't talking several metres squared!! Laughing )

Hi all!

SineSurfer! Thanks for creating this wonderful Instructables.com howto! When I saw it, I was very excited, because finally I've found the solution for my looong time problem. This was a large step forward for my sdiy project, and when I saw the first front panel made by this method, I'm simply amazed!

What a simple, powerful and useful idea, congratulations!
It needs a little practice, but with a little experience, it's can do fantastic results, I recommend it to everyone.
Beware of the acid, it's very agressive, don't breathe it!

Thanks for posting my blog link!

edit: I'm using the toner transfer method, it's working!
