Nord G1 - No sound!

Hi fellow Nord users,

I have two G1's, one rack and one keyboard. The rack is a recent addition to the studio armory which has been sat dormant since it arrived.

This week I decided to fire it up. The first issues were midi related -
1. Constant midi disconnection from the editor (Stage Engine & Byte on OSX High Sierra)

2. Audio only through the headphone output. Occasionally I get audio, either at a low level with the master volume having zero effect or normal for a few minutes.

A switch from one computer to another seems to have solved all midi issues but audio has completely gone.

I have tried the software downgrade back up to 3.03 trick, no luck. Many many cables swaps, mixer swaps, interface swaps etc etc.

Has anyone endured a similar experience and manage to find a solution?

My next option is to open the synth up and see if there are any loose connections. All the settings on the synth and editor look good to me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
