I was able to listen to the frist two tracks. Very nice. I like the second one the best. I'm having internet problems now trying to hear the last track, but I'll try again later.
Thanks for posting these "tunies". Wish they were longer. Do you have a CD? |

No. dont have a compiled CD yet
Right now I dont know if the audience for this kind of "music"
is big enough
But maybe if i make a couple more tracks I might be able to
compile them to a CD if I see there are those Random-noise guys
out there |

Well. most of my tunies are short.
I dont like to make lots of repeations.
But though i have a longer "tunie" here i made a couple of
days ago.
But I can only consider it as "SpeedCore Rave" and not really
Experimental :/
Even though I like this kind of music its not the best thing to listen to if you want
peacefull vibes

I downloaded this avi file. I like it. I think you're onto something. The theme seems to be a introspective. Reminded me of the self discovery of a baby or very young child. Especially the touching of the face with the hand. There was good sync between the music and the video in places. To me, that's important in this kind of thing, otherwise the video and sound don't seem related.
How did you do the video? Was the "face on Mars" yours?
Have you tried the Divx encoders? You can compress the file considerably with pretty good quality. There are free encoders available. Check out VirtualDub at http://www.virtualdub.org/index if you haven't already. |

The video IS "introspectral". the colorful and sometimes dark segements
are meant to show what u can see if you close your eyes
and still "see".
before I goto sleep I try to close my eyes and still
try to see <-- it sound f*****up i know...
the result can sometimes be quite astonishing
if you really try.
there are some other meanings in the video aswell,
the only thing that doesnt really was meant to be there
was the "blob thing in the corner" it was just "spacefiller"
The face on mars is actually my girlfriends face.
first I had in mind to create that scene that the face actually should
have come
up from the paper, but due to technical obstacles i couldnt
do it ;D,. but if i was doing the video today i could have done it
so i might try that effect for my next video =D
also, i really wanted the video to be "total synch" with everything.
but i had some trouble with that due to its my first video
Next video release will be much SYNCHIER and much cooler
than this one
i can only say it was fun as hell to make a music video =D
from now on I will make a video to every tune i compose.
I should have used DivX I know, but that some of my friends
sitting on low-end puters I wanted them to be able to view
my creation ;D
I used VideoMacher as main tool. |

Thanks for the link. I guess if you spend more than a few minutes on this site know I don't care for heavy beats in electronic music. But this stuff has some great sounds and interesting music hanging on the beat. Nice vocals too. I enjoyed listening to these tracks. Great tracks again, Static. Thanks for sharing them with us.
The prologue really sounds like a prelude, it is an appetizer in the best sense of the word. The second one is quite interesting, quite a bit of variation and great stereo texture.
Would you do me a favor? Try adding another part to existence. I'm not suggesting you change a thing, just try adding something to hang on top of the beat. Something that is at a much slower tempo, maybe not even synced up with the beat. I'd love to hear what you might come up with. I love your music. |

mosc just so you know, I love your suggestions,
just keep em coming
Ive tried making the track somewhat more interesting by
adding some more abstract stuff at some places,
and added some cute slow strings, and you know what?
I like this version much more than the first version,
not MUCH added, but this little made it better

If you meant NotAvailable.mp3 I can telll you that it was really meant to
be a full length compositions,
but since I didnt figure out how to continue it I just decided to
release the 1 minute version instead of throwing it to the crows |

Wow, thanks for saying that, Static. I was worried I had blown it by suggesting you change your music.
Yes. I like it much better. Just a little contrasting material in there give you so much more to listen to and wonder about. Very nice, Mr. Emitter. |

Hey, wonderful. That voice is great. You can't understand the words; that keeps it ambiguous and more musical. I love the contrasting material. Very electro-musical.
Hey, maybe we need to add another line to the electro-music manifesto.
The music unabashedly celebrates the inherent beauty of electronic sounds. (see http://electro-music.com/forum/topic-596.html) |
