I had a chance to play with a farfisa Syntorchestra and Slalom synth this weekend after listening to Goettshing's Dream and desire. I got some Amon Duul 2 type sounds out of them. I was thinking that these simple brilliant little sounds would be great for an fx project.

I've been looking for Farfisa Syntorchestra schematics, but didn't find them on the web.
(Mainly because of Klaus Sculze's solo lines on Mindphaser which are said to be Farfisa Syntorchestra - which version, btw?)

Off topic, but a sad tale...

I bought a Synthorchestra in the early 90's on a flea market for the equivalent of 10 euros. Poly section never worked, mono section was terrible to keep in tune. When I moved in 1997, I threw it out.

Since then, I've mastered some synth repair skills and schematics are often (if maybe not in this case) available through the net. If I still had it, I would probably be able to repair it.

Oh well...
