POLL How many G2 out there Subject description: Just to estimate (?) how the G2 sold ...
 | |

 |
| Following the G3 discussion a quick poll to try to estimate if the G2 sold better than the G1 (the Poll on the G1 bring a 93 users figure !!!)
 Just for fun actually

| I voted for the regular G2 keyboard, but I also have an engine, so add +1 to the engine count! | |

Do you really think you can get anything meaningful from this poll?

| so voted +8 extras from the Clavia modular overcrowded setups.
Regarding the signification of this poll, I do not feel this would give any true statistics but just an hint similar to the similar poll available about the G1.

This is just intended to get rough figures ...

| Looks like the available G2 DSP power (even expanded) is too low for today's needs.
Also shows that people tasting the G2 possibilities are satisfied without what comes out and begging for more.

I had similar feeling with the Chameleon and CreamWare Noah and also started to stack thoose units.

Still only one G2 engine here, though ... maybe I am the exception !!!

Ah, no, i have 1 expanded engine, just voted.

While i wish i'd have four in rack, it's still my "swiss" army knife especially with some of Tim's patches, just messing with his diy pwm. totally great...

| i have to say i am quite surprised at all the people with multiple g2s. i only have 1 expanded engine and that is already more horsepower than i know what to do with! | |

I have a G2X and won't ever sell it. I have been using it in tandem lately with the Dimension Pro soft synth included with Sonar X1 Producer. Sometimes I feel like I just have to hang on when those two synthesizers start interacting. Lots of writing down parameters or you could never re-create the complex sounds.
