I tried to make the convertor work but I was unlucky.
Is there a way to convert .pch2 to .syx or not?

I think the converter was working for me (with my old setup / win xp) but actually I convert them to .syx directly from G2 to MIDI sequencer. If you don't want to do it manualy by pressing the G2 button, one by one, it's possible to automate the process with MIDI commands on sequencer > ask G2 to send the patch externaly to .syx format.
