I would say yes.
My back-of-the-napkin calculation gives something like 1mW on that resistor with max CV (5x(15V over 100k) = 0.75mA into the op-amp, the amp sends the same current through the tempco -> 0.75mA over 2k = 1.5V, P = 1.5V x 0.75mA = 1.125 mW).

I might be off on my calculations, but there should most likely not be a problem.
