Hi all.
I'm interested to hear your guys take on a application recently made for the iPhone/iPad/itouch that deals with circuits.
http://vimeo.com/user261847/videos
There are a couple links there about the app icircuit.
This app is an great way ( for me ) to get back into understanding electronics diagrams and circuit flow. I really impressed with the app and I'm sure many of you will be to. IT EVEN MAKES SOUNDS!!!!!!
I'm sure many of you guys out there would run circles around this app.
It has helped me get back into trying stuff out. More importantly understanding this world of electronics.
I guess this is sort of an endorsement in some ways but besides that I'm interested in hearing opinions on the app.
It is really cool that I can take this app places that i can't take my small work station/weller/components..etc etc. |

Thanks for this post. That looks like a really great app. Maybe it's a way to try out lunetta circuits. Certainly a nice way to breadboard new ideas. _________________ --Howard

I think you've done a brilliant job on the graphical interface.
However it is a shame that your demonstration video doesn't emit any sound- apart from that of the mouse clicks. If you can demonstrate the sound and the graphics working together, and in sync, I think you will win a lot more customers. At the moment $9.99 is quite a high price to pay (in the appstore). You really need to 'wow' people with the sound capability, that you are promising.
I will probably buy this, once I get an iPad. But I would like to hear some sound first.

Hey V-un-v
I didn't make the app....I wish I had that kind of know-how. I was just trying to get some more educated opinions on it.
This particular link shows the sound that the app makes.

Personally I got the app at $9.99 because it's a steal, I have 3 iOS devices. It's universal, on the iPad it's nice!
@ that price it's well worth it IMO |

Hehe. I was looking at a different link.
It's still a brilliant app. _________________ ACHTUNG!
