can I use my dotcom psu for euro?

I have an International Power IHCC15-3.
I was using for my +/-15v dotcom modules, but I'm eurorack now (+/-12v).
the specs on the PSU say:
• +/-12 VDC @ 3.4 AMP
• +/-15 VDC@ 3 AMP

Can I just connect this to my eurorack busboards or do I need to do something to change the current to 3.4 amps?

there's 2 componets labled "PIHER SPAN"
One is R26 +V adj, and the other is R19 -V

You wouldn't happen to know which way it's supposed to turn?
(currently set to +/-15 VDC@ 3 AMP)

wait, there's 2 more PIHER SPANs
R10 +I.LIM and R6 I LIM

Just heard back from International Power, they said turn R19 & R26 counterclockwise
