A member here passed away and a friend is liquidating his studio to help his wife with expenses. He had a functional Expanded G2 Engine. I checked it out. Everything I've tested works.

I opened it up to see if it is expanded and there is a mod. I don't know if this is a repair or if it was a mod to improve the USB noise problem that some G2s have, or something else.

Pictures are attached. Is anyone familiar with this mod? It would be good to be able to tell a prospective buyer what this is.
