I've acquired a new in box CMU-800R(Apple IIe version), I have the Apple software/card and everything else it comes with. Finding a working Apple IIe is difficult and would prefer to use it with the commodore anyway(SID+CMU= Very Happy ). I presume I would just need the C64 software and card, the actual hardware should be compatible with either system, right or wrong??? Any one have any expierence they want to share with either version.

welcome
to electro-music.com!

Nice, that really IS New In Box!!! No idea about the C64 working with that Roland, but looks like it would be worth a little effort!

I seem to remember this one and the others from the same series have been discussed here before. I think one of the posters were looking for the original software. Very Happy

Oh, that is sweet!

Hmm....I do have an Apple IIe. It would be so hard to give up, though...

I also have two C64s that still won't work, most likely due to power supply problems. But, man, that is so nice hardware you got there! Shocked
