Paia Vocoder manual and schematic

I picked up a Paia Vocoder off of ebay, and am in need of the assembly manual and schematic.
I know that they used to be poated at the Paia site but they are unavailable now.
I emailed them with a request for both but have not heard back yet
I searched for both on the web and no luck yet.
Does anyone have these?
