is there someone here willing to sell a synth that uses all videogame sounds (that could be used for quality chiptunes), or someone who can tell me how i may go about finding one or converting one? thanks.

If you are interested in Commodore 64 (SID) tunes, there is always the SIDStation: http://www.sidstation.com/, and a similar one that is more of a DIY project: http://www.ucapps.de/midibox_sid.html.

If you are interested in any other 8-bit platforms, the best way to go is with a MIDI controller keyboard and some software. There are VST instruments for several systems, like the NES and Atari. Also, you can get free sounds and trigger them as samples.

Sounds like you are looking for something a lot like SidStation, though. Don't forget, there's always Little Sound DJ for the Gameboy:

and MIDInes for NES:
