here is my wishlist:

1. ability to save blocks of modules that can be recalled in any patch. A user library type thing.

2. Variation morphs: like in Reaktor, how you can morph between 2 presets.. the knobs will move from one position to the other... and it'd be nice to define the curve, and time etc

3. being able to use all DSP slots in one patch

4. being able to connect multiple modulars, that share DSP slots (for mega patches!)

5. a control only version (ie, just the grey control area... no keyboard, but still the awesome interface)

6. I would like EVERY single knob to have a modulation input/amount.

7. a better computer library... ie being able to browse categories from the editor... either on the synth, or the patches saved on your computer

yeah that about covers it for now.
