A NM-based phase vocoder? Are you serious? That would be quite exciting. _________________ Kassen |

YES!
Is very rare cause the patches of that list are original G1 (NM):
Classic Vocoder
Saw Vocoder
Phase Vocoder
Pulse Vocoder
Simple Vocoder
Vocoder Lead
but that patches are not converted to G2, if you check the G1 to G2 index you can see it...
but that conversion exists...

THX Blue Hell!!!
I am sure I can find the perfect vokoooodeeerrrr!!
Now I am working with the Patch Mutator and the vocoder pacthes that I found here, the Patch Mutator is one of the best ways to make fresh and quick patches and it´s perfect to make quick vocoders with some variations.
I found a pacht with "freeze", this is a really good parameter to play it in live but I don´t know how and where to insert in a standart vocoder patch..., sorry but I am learning to work with my G2...., some help will be great!!!
Thanks one more time for the zip file!!
(NOTE: I found some patches in the archive converted from G1 to G2 that not working because the in input signal is changed from Left to Right..., the work input must be Left)

Hello everybody,
I'm also new to this forum,...I've just bought a second hand G2X,..after having a V-synth.I've spent my holliday reading lot's of cool stuff,..this forum is really great!
I'm wondering if the phase vocoding, like in the v synth is possible with the G2X.
Is it possible in fact to modify the formant in real time? much better than just add a morph equalizer? or freeze the sound? like the variphrase algorithm? |
