Hello,
I tried to do the following :

I wanted to play layered sound (combination) on my triton le,but to have one layer from nord rack. So,I tried to set one of layers to EXT or EX2 and to send midi messages via channel 2 (I set up nord like this - bank A - MIDI CHANNEL 2 , B-3,C-4,D-5).

Nord changes sound, and responds well to program change, but no sound !

Can anyone help?

Thanks

I haven't found it myself yet, but at first I would change the Midi Global Channel (is also in Midi at the NL2): set it to a complete not used channel or set it to the same as the Slot Midi channel. Try out if some of this setting will work...

I'm not with my synth right now, nor the Manuals, but the machine sounded before? Is there a jack connected in Out A?

Does the Korg send the Midi in the right way?

I figured it out.For some reason,in combi mode on my korg, nord lead PLAYS when I set him on layer 2-8,in layer 1 he won't play.Maybe some key zone,or velocity zone, don't know.

Anyway,it works great together
