No offence Peake, but what really makes this any better than a simple monosynth, apart from the fact that it can be patched? It certainly doesn't create any groundbreaking sounds does it? You can't even get stoned to that sound- all it does is make my ears 'grumble'. Perhaps I have to apply the echo on my side/ computer?? Rolling Eyes Idea Laughing

PS- I prefer the look of Zeb's Soundlab in the DIY section (personally). There's something more inviting about the Zebra's synth IMHO. Maybe it's the colour or the wood, or even dare I say it, the imperfections?

I suppose it's all a matter of personal taste? Very Happy

I enjoyed watching and listening to this. Great sound quality. I felt like I was patching it myself.

I remember seeing a Moog 15 in a music shop when I was 12 or 13 but the snotty salesperson wouldn't let me play with it Rolling Eyes

I gotta admit, I liked it. I drooled. Maybe I'm not very sophisticated, or don't have high enough standards or "good taste" in gear, but I drooled. I'm still trying to kludge together a tiny little modular of my own on spare parts and spare time. Seeing one in use and hearing it patched and switched is still "eye candy" and "ear candy" to me. I guess I'm just "simple" that way.
