I just thought I'd post this recording I did a few years ago, without a multi track tape recorder, I could only afford the Synth, I had an old Vortexion Reel to Reel, and this is all I could manage to record.

Nice.

It sounds like more than one layer, sos?

I remember desoldering the erase head on my old Akai reel to reel Laughing

You are right, it was possible to do sound on sound on the Vortexion, the Bias Head had a pot, which you could turn down the Bias, so the first recording was done with full bias, and at quite a high recording level, then the second was done a very little bias, and slightly less volume, it was a bit hit and miss, but the result was fairly good, given that it was done 36 years ago.
