Triodes and Sockets

Hi everyone

Well im trying to build a few projects that need tubes and all the tubes im looking for have inflated prices since they are being used in guitar amps. So i was wondering if anyone has a stock pile that is gather dust that they might want to sell me a couple.

Im looking for 12ax7 varieties at the moment, dont have to be that exact tube, but something that will work within the same means. I dont really care for brands either, cheap good.

So any.. 12__7's or E887
(CV10319, CV492, ECC83)

or any other you know work in stead of 12ax7s

Most prices around the net range from $15 - 30 for 12ax7 but i need about 10 and really cant afford any more than $10 each. Cheaper would be more preferable.

Im not really ready to pay now, im just scouting as i am wrapped in a few other group buys and lay-buys but will be by around christmas, but if you know you have a few you can spare for a good price please contact me.
