 |
|
Hello fellow synth-nerds,
Make Noise is releasing it's first current consuming module, the Quad Multi-Mode Gate. I made a movie about it:

Check it out when you have time. QMMG back in stock for the new year.

Hi Tony seems an interesting module, any link for more information? the filtered voice makes more difficult to me understand the English
A question of the video, what is the sheet of metal which one you trigg the percussion sound?
Regards,
Oscar. |

Oscar all of the monologue in the video is read directly from page 4 of the manual, which is available here (see the bottom of the page):

The sheet metal is actually 2 pieces of cork wrapped with HVAC Duct tape (hence the metallic sheen). Inside the cork is a trigger circuit. I'm calling the whole bit, the Electronic Bongo. I have another movie that I'll post soon, which explains the patch where I am using the Electronic Bongo.
Thank you for the WELCOME, I like the electro-music forum,
Tony |

wow, that looks and (especially) sounds GREAT!
I love the percussive/plucky buchla-like sounds, and the fed-back square wave is excellent. nice work. |
