I've found this MEGA long spring, and I wish to make a huge spring reverb..

I don't have my camera at the moment so i cant take pics. Unstretched it is 1m. long, and I just stretched it to over 7 m. (yes seven, and I did measure it), and it will surely stretch atleast 1m. more without any damage.. My living room isn't even that long..

Speaking of living rooms.. I wish to stretch this bastard across the ceiling, without it being in an enclosure, also kind of making it an "installation" (hah, being artsy fartsy)

I think someone on this board has done that before ?

This is the method I'm thinking of using for the rotational trasducers

Can you reccomend a good driver circuit for this? I'm guessing it needs to be abit of a monster to drive this big of a spring ?

Ok here's a vid of the current setup... It's stretched along the ceiling close to the wall.. It's about 6 - 7 meters long...
