using midi cc for launching notes (second approach)

i'm doing second approach to problem originally described in that thread: http://www.electro-music.com/forum/topic-31141.html

i think to have kaossilator style control on patch usinkg kp3 a key to success is to split CC 0-127 continuum into 8 ranges.
and assign those like this:
00-31 C
32-63 D
63-95 E
and so on...

any ideas how to create such subpach (for adding to other existing patches) in an easiest way?

i simplified patch from the previous thread. i think it will give me what i needed originally. i have option to gate (via constant2) and i can change pitch (via constant1). it genereates sounds, and pitch is changed which is good.

i still have few questions, regarding tuning that patch:
- is there any pitch setting (0-127) on OscB that wil give me one octave coverage via Constant1?
- if yes, i wonder if those will be only natural notes
- if yes, will Coarse on OscB be first note of a scale if Constant1 is 0?
- Constant1 should be Uni or not?
