Need White Slide Switch for Octave Cat Synth

Looking for a white 3 position slide switch to repair a busted one on my Octave Cat. The white shaft part is busted off -- I can move the stub with a pen but it's a PITA.

In the service manual, it's labeled as SW13, however I can't find the corresponding parts list to see what it is. There is "VID" on the side of the switch but no other markings.

I've found some similar switchcraft ones, but they have a black slider instead of a white one and are a little shorter.

Any leads on finding a replacement?

Just read your post and I currently find myself in the same position! Did you manage to find anything suitable? I have seen some White switchcraft switches and was wondering if they could be adapted to replace the Cat items. The ones I have seen are for Guitars and have solder tag connections.
