NanoStudio is here!
It looks terrific! 25% off as a special offer. I'm thrilled to see that the developer is also British- we need more developers in England/ N. Ireland/ Scotland/ Wales/ Cornwall etc etc!!
Also, lets hope the app is a universal binary, and that I don't have to pay for it again, when I get a iPad.

The sound is liquifying isn't it? Really wonderful. I can't quite believe the quality, and I don't think that any other multitrack synth app has quite got near it yet. _________________ ACHTUNG!

Ok, you guys talked me into it. I'm buying it as well, even though I have Intua Beatmaker. At the very least, perhaps it will spur Intua with competition.
Among other things, Nanostudio can do up to 7/4 time signatures while Beatmaker tops out at 5/4. _________________ Current and recent work on Soundcloud

Gov, fwiw, this spits all over Beatmaker. Beatmaker really isn't that great an app. It filled a purpose at the time, and never really went anywhere, which is a shame.
You won't be at all disappointed in your download. I've been playing with NS all evening. _________________ ACHTUNG!

Intua is supposedly working on a Beatmaker update, but I agree with you - it has no synth to speak of and so on. I programmed one beat on it and that's probably as far as I'll get for the foreseeable future.
Just bought Nanostudio. The synth that I briefly fooled with is quite nice indeed. I hope to start fooling with the sequencer soon. _________________ Current and recent work on Soundcloud
