I have sucessfully managed to perform a program bank dump from the NR2 to nordgen, and using the same interface I can send single program files to the NR2 as well.

However, even when a complete program bank is loaded in nordgen, I can't seem to load the bank onto the NR2 with a single sysex command (bulk dump). Using the Sysex Send command in nordgen only seems to replace the program I am currently viewing on the NR2, rather than sending the entire bank.

Any help?

welcome dsnave

NordGen is a very old tool and certainly not perfect. One can upload banks into the computer, but not vice cersa. You have to do it manually with every single program, unless you saved it as a Midi file and using a sequencer program...
